Man’s dog found suspicious object that looks like a human scalp

7:27 p.m.— A caller at a store on the 400 block of Colfax Avenue reported tools stolen from his jeep.
7:51 p.m. — A caller from a business on the 700 block of Sutton Way reported two teenagers shoplifted alcohol from the store.
9:51 p.m. — A caller near a market on Alta Street and Ridge Road reported being hit by a grey Toyota Minivan. The driver pushed the caller’s body against the brick and then drove away. A BOLO was issued.
9:45 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Mill Street reported a man punched a woman in the face during a confrontation. The man then ran toward a nearby supermarket, but was pinned to the ground by two people. Police contacted medical backup.
10:48 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported two parties of teenagers having a fight near a dumpster. A young man from one of the parties sustained a head injury after having his head stomped upon.
7:05 a.m. — A caller at a supermarket on the 800 block of Sutton Way reported seeing transients appearing around and inside the store for the last two weeks, and requested extra patrol.
8:32 a.m. — A woman reported being assaulted by her ex-boyfriend on the corner of Mill and Neal streets.
10:09a.m. — A caller at a hotel on the 100 block of Bank Street reported seeing a woman smoking from a crack pipe. An investigation found no drug related offense.
10:46 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of South Church Street reported finding a bike in the bushes that was possibly stolen.
11:10 a.m. — A caller of a business on the 100 block of South Church Street requested extra patrol for a stairwell at night. The caller said transients have been urinating and leaving small amounts of blood in the area.
2:23 p.m. — A caller from the corner of West McKnight Way and Taylorville Road reported seeing a man loading a magazine for a gun while walking. No weapon was found upon investigation.
2: 29 p.m. — A caller at a supermarket on the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a woman walked off with a hand basket of merchandise.
3:15 p.m. — A caller at a store on the 100 block of South Auburn Street reported that someone stole her tote bag.
4:27 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of South Auburn Street reported someone vandalized her vehicle.
6:40 p.m. — A caller at a store on the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a woman shoplifted makeup supplies and accessories from the business.
9:24 p.m. — A caller from an apartment building on the 200 block of Sutton Way reported seeing an extinguished fire in a barbecue pit that was started by several teenagers.
12:40 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Depot Street reported hearing a man in her neighbor’s yard yelling profanities.
3:41 a.m. — A caller at a supermarket on the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a very drunk man asking him for sexual favors then poured beer over his vehicle.

9:23 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Charden Road reported welfare fraud.
10:53 a.m. — A caller from the 20000 block of You Bet Road reported someone broke into his house.
11:18 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of La Barr Meadows Road reported someone had shot her dog.
12:19 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Mystic Mine Road reported that his step-grandson has been missing for the last week.
12:52 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Paradise Lane reported getting threats through social media.
1:52 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Oscar Drive reported her friend is fatally ill. The case was transferred to the Coroner’s Office.
2:44 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Cliffs Place reported someone had assaulted her sister.
3:31 p.m. — A caller from a park on the 10000 block of Penn Valley Drive reported ongoing theft problems.

11:57 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of La Barr Meadow Road reported that two men were having a physical argument and throwing things at each other during a pumpkin carving party. No weapon was involved.

1:31 p.m. —A caller on the 10000 block of Forest Park Circle reported two men in the driveway having a fight over flushing baggies down the toilet.

3:03 p.m. — A caller at a market on the 10000 block of Alta Sierra Drive reported being followed by someone.
4:34 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Gold Rush Lane reported that her ex-husband was not breathing. The case was transferred to the Coroner’s Office.
5:37 p.m. —A caller from the 20000 block of Hydraulic Way reported her mother is on drugs and had been hitting herself.
6:26 p.m. — A caller from the 1000 block of Deerhaven Lane reported his neighbor is shooting after dark.
7:28 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Grinding Rock Drive reported he saw an unknown vehicle parked in front of his neighbor’s house. He suspected the house had been vandalized.
