Construction update

The two general partners of Siteline Architecture, Richard Baker and Andrew Pawlowski, purchased the building at 644 Zion Street in February.

It was formerly known as the Zion Street Launderette.

The scope of work is a complete remodel, and all equipment and utilities related to the laundromat use have been removed. The building will be remodeled into a 1,000-square-foot office space for Siteline Architecture plus a separate 280-square-foot office lease space. Expected completion date is April 2006.

Siteline Architecture opened in Nevada City in June 2002, moving to an office at 416 Broad Street in 2003. The firm is responsible for a variety of new and remodeled residential and commercial projects in Nevada County.
