Construction delays continue on Banner Cascade Pipeline project

Drivers will continue to experience 20-minute delays in Nevada Irrigation District construction zones on Banner Lava Cap Road, Idaho-Maryland Road and Lee Lane.

The Banner Cascade Pipeline project will include construction signs and flaggers directing traffic through construction zones.

Construction running until Oct. 29 includes pipeline testing and final paving on Madrone Forest Drive, installation of pipeline on Overland between Madrone and the airport, pipeline testing and cleanup at the Airport and Loma Rica Water Treatment Plant, new pipeline installation at Lee Lane, on Idaho-Maryland Road between Lee and Banner Lava Cap Road and on Banner Lava Cap Road between Idaho-Maryland Road and Wings of Morning Drive.



Work on Wings of Morning Drive, Opalite Way, Red Dog Cross Road, Clipper Creek Siphon, Overland, Red Gate Road and Banner Lava Cap Road to E. George Water Treatment will begin in 2011.
