Community leadership

Sinclair Broadcasting bias

I’m voting for Olivia Diaz. She has the kind of community leadership we need to protect our neighborhoods from unnecessary encroachments by new developments and building projects. Her ability to sort out the issues and give fair appraisal to all parties will go far to help end our tendency to polarize in this county.

I know she will support new development if it fulfills guidelines of our development General Plan and be open to changes that do not compromise the beauty and quality of life in our mountain county. She will fight to make sure new developments pay their way and not saddle tax payers with debt for infrastructure that should have been covered in development costs. I support her because I’m sure she will be intelligent and practical about growth decisions for growth.

Give our county solid thoughtful leadership and join me in voting in Olivia Diaz as county supervisor.
