Col. Metroka helps troubled young veteran

Last weekend we had in our ICCU at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital a troubled young Iraq war veteran in crisis. Our capable and resourceful ICCU staff contacted Col. Sean Metroka at his home and he came right in to help.

I am told that Col. Metroka was able to reach this young man’s heart in ways that no one else involved was able to do.

Col. Metroka spent five hours of his time on a Saturday helping this young man. I believe that Col. Metroka exemplifies what being a great American is all about. We are blessed to have him here in Nevada County.
