Club Live dance to celebrate second anniversary Friday

Friday’s Club Live middle school dance marks its second anniversary at the Center for the Arts in Grass Valley.

Sometimes selling out, last year’s dances attracted up to 400 middle school students.

“In cooperation with Club Live, this dance has been a successful event where for three hours teens can enjoy their music, dance and community of friends,” said Marci Wolfe, a Center for the Arts board member.

“We provide a safe, chaperoned venue with no in-and-outs so parents can be assured their kids are here safely all evening.”

When purchasing tickets, I.D.s must be shown.

Admission to the 7 p.m. dance is $6. The center is at 314 W. Main St.

Call 274-8384 for more information or to volunteer as a parent chaperone.
