“The Real Inspector Hound,” a 1968 one-act farce by English playwright Tom Stoppard, will run the next three weekends at City Centre Playhouse.

The farce, which makes fun of theater critics, has a “whodunit” storyline.

“The Real Inspector Hound” begins Friday. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and show time is 8 p.m. for performances every Friday and Saturday during February at the Grass Valley theater.

Walt Webb is in the title role, and Wes Travis and Gil Mathew are the theater critics. Other cast members are Trudy Tyrrell, Tim Murray, Gina Bajone and Skip Tyrrell.

Admission is $15 general and $12 for seniors and children. Tickets are at the Book Seller and Harmony Books or by calling 477-1107.

City Centre Playhouse is at 127-A Bank St.
