Charlotte Mitchell-Bobisud

Visitation for Charlotte Mitchell-Bobisud of Grass Valley will be conducted from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Nevada City chapel of Hooper and Weaver Mortuary. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at the Loney Sanford Cemetery on McCourtney Road in Grass Valley.

Ms. Mitchell-Bobisud died Friday, Oct. 1, in Grass Valley. She was 58.

She was born May 25, 1946, in Sacramento to John F. and Evelyn V. Mitchell. She served in the U.S. Air Force from 1970 to 1973. She graduated from Norte Del Rio High School and received a B.A. from Sacramento State College. She was an Arabian horse breeder and trainer. She was a member and officer of the Arabian Horse Association of Northern California. She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with her horses and pets.



She is survived by her daughters Crista Bobisud of Grass Valley and Robyn Bobisud of Davis; parents, John and Evelyn Mitchell of Grass Valley; brother, Doug Mitchell of Nevada City; sister, Mary Robertson of Galt; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Foothills, 12399 Nevada City Highway, Grass Valley, 95945.




Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper and Weaver Mortuary.
