Celebrate the ‘air we breathe’ at eco event

An eco-embodiment trance dance and moving meditation with DJ Divine (a.k.a. Michael Stone) and Friends – called Revolution of the Heart – is being held Saturday, July 28, in Grass Valley on the McBoyle Estate.

This, the second of a series of three outdoor summer eco events, “celebrates the air we breathe,” says Stone, and all proceeds go to Save the Air.

The event starts at 5 p.m. with a pot-luck dinner and “Earth Dialogues,” followed by 5 Rhythms grounding, meditation and trance dance under the stars.

Participants should bring a blanket, towel, bathing suit, pot-luck dish, water, blindfold and an item for the altar that represents their relationship to the earth. While all ages are invited, the dance might not be appropriate for younger children.

Advance tickets for $15 are available at Harmony Books or 5 Rhythms dance events.

The McBoyle Estate is located at 12190 Loma Rica Drive (turn on Loma Rica, going toward the airport, and take the first left). Call (530) 477-7757 or visit http://www.welloflight.com for more information.
