Card Room changes on GV agenda

A change to Grass Valley’s card room ordinance is on the agenda for Tuesday’s City Council meeting.

The ordinance asks the council to move the license for the former Gold Rush Card Room on Main Street to the Towers Casino and Card Room on 115 Bank Street, at the Holiday Inn. It also would increase the number of card tables at the establishment from five to eight.

The meeting starts at 7 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall on 125 E. Main Street and is open to the public.

Attached is the meeting agenda.
