Captain’s corner

Thanks to the many team captains who got their e-mails to us on a timely basis. Obviously, the Meltdown is a work-in-progress and we’re solving problems as we go. You can help by getting your collective weight to every Monday.

We update the team progress on the Web site Mondays and Fridays to keep ourselves inspired. If your team name is highlighted in yellow, it means we’re looking for your numbers.

Prizes at the end will be awarded on the basis of weight lost per person on team – but we’ll need to have all team information to make the awards. We also have “Take 5,” a wonderful cookbook from Weight Watchers for all captains who succeed in getting their information to us on a timely basis.

We know that some of you have questions: Can you add a team member? What if you lost one? If you need some support, feel free to e-mail me at See you Tuesday!
