BREAKING NEWS: Second victim named in Cessna crash

The name of the female victim in Monday’s fatal plane crash was released by the California Department of Justice today.

Regina Martha Fredericks, 56, and Edward Ross Castro, 51, both of San Jose, died when the Cessna 172K airplane crashed at 6:30 p.m. at the Nevada County Airpark.

Castro, who was piloting the plane, and Fredericks were staying in a cabin or vacation home in Grass Valley.
