Bobbie Terronez Whorton, 63, of Grants Pass, Ore., died Monday, Sept. 9, in Grants Pass.

Mrs. Whorton was born Nov. 29, 1938, in Bakersfield. She married Michael Whorton in Reno, and they were married 24 years. She worked for Longs Drugs store in the Hallmark Cards department in San Jose. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, basketball, football, baseball and shopping.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Whorton of Grants Pass; daughter, Sandy Terronez of Grass Valley; sons and daughters-in-law Larry and Jodie Terronez and Mike and Peggy Terronez, all of Grass Valley; and grandchildren Tanya, Tina, Randy, Jamie, Larry Jr., Anthony, Vince and Dominick, all of Grass Valley.
