Bobbie Coutts

Bobbie Coutts, 81, of Grass Valley died Friday, July 16, in Carmichael.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services.

Mrs. Coutts was born May 19, 1923, in Bremerton, Wash., to Frank and Rose Lindsey. She graduated from Bremerton High School. She married Edward A Coutts. She was a medical and dental receptionist for 15 years. She was a member of the Nevada County Gem and Mineral Society, Fossils for Fun Society, and the Lake Wildwood’s Womens Club. She was also a volunteer at Meadow View Manor Convalescent Hospital.



She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Edward A. Coutts of Grass Valley; daughters Sharon Ottlige of Fresno and Vicki Van Why of Grass Valley; sister, Joan Evans of Albuquerque, N.M.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Rose Lindsey.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Neptune Society of Northern California, Grass Valley Branch.
