Bernice Kilmade

Graveside services for Bernice Geneva Kilmade of Grass Valley will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Sierra Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Nevada City. Memorial services will follow at the Assembly of God Church, 12582 Squirrel Creek Road in Grass Valley.

Mrs. Kilmade died Tuesday, Feb. 4, in Grass Valley. She was 78.



She was born Aug. 27, 1924, in San Francisco to Arthur P. Andresen and Verna Smith. She enjoyed bowling, traveling, gardening and entertaining.

She is survived by her sons Daniel and David of El Cajon; daughter-in-law, Margaret of El Cajon; sister and brother-in-law, Trudy and Bill Grizard of Grass Valley; grandchildren Tracie, Todd and Brandon; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Kilmade.




Memorial contributions may be made to The Assembly of God Church.

Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper and Weaver Mortuary.
