Bandana Blues’ers release CD

It’s party time Saturday for the Bandana Blues Band at the Nevada Club in Grass Valley.

The Nevada County band will celebrate its second CD, “Blue Soul Beat,” released last month.



The CD includes 11 British-influenced blues, rock and soul originals by Dan Quinnan and Dan Fitzgerald, the band’s guitarists and vocalists.




Formed in 1994, the band performs often at local clubs, Sacramento-area clubs and Sierra Blues Societies’ events.

Other band members are Joel Ramirez on drums and Pat Poulson on bass guitar.

Saturday’s CD-release party is 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Cover is $2.
