Nevada County Victim/Witness Assistance unveiled its “Victim’s Photographic Wall of Remembrance,” at the program’s office one hour before its annual Candlelight Vigil Thursday.

Nearly 100 Nevada County residents of all ages, victims of crime and elected officials arrived at the courthouse on Church Street to light purple candles and listen to Nevada Union’s high school choir.
