Arthur Lee Land to appear at Cooper’s

Afrograss funk/folk rock musician Arthur Lee Land, known for his amazing multi-instrumental live-looping solo show, will be appearing today at Cooper’s in Nevada City. Touring as an eclectic solo act he calls “A One-Man Afrograss Folk Rock Ensemble,” Land uses live-recording technology to create a full- band sound. His latest release is “Dragonfly.” He is a friend of local favorite Joe Craven. The performance starts at 8:30 p.m. with a cover charge of $4.
