The Golden Empire Sams RV Group

We met October 6 through 9 at the Sugar Barge RV Resort on Bethel Island. Our members enjoyed playing games such as Bingo, Dingo Balls and Mexican Train. We explored the Delta levees along the Sacramento River and a few of the restaurant’s in Bethel Island. Our next outing is November 10 through 14 at the Heritage RV Park in Corning.

IMAX double feature of documentaries, Nov. 11: JERUSALEM and TO THE ARCTIC showing at 9 and 10 a.m. Popcorn and drink served at intermission. Includes lunch at Fat’s Asia Bistro in Roseville, followed by a treat at an ice cream parlor.

“SHEN YUN” at the Sacramento Community Theater, Jan. 14: We have good seats for this world class show. “JOSEPH & THE TECHNICOLOR DREAM COAT,” Jan. 30: This award winning play will be at the Sacramento Community Theater. This was Andrew Lloyd Webber’s first publicly performed musical, opening on Broadway in 1982. It’s the Biblical story of Joseph and his brothers and the coat of many colors. Bring the grand kids as this is a family friendly production with very few spoken words and almost completely sung. Includes lunch at Olive Garden Restaurant before the matinee performance.

FEBRUARY 11/12 MADAME HOUDINI A sensational new magic show. Lady Houdini’s stunning aerial skills and graceful athleticism create breathless moments of beauty and wonder.
