Fast and Fit for Women announces April boot camp and Zumba

Women who want to improve their cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle tone, balance and flexibility can attend a Boot Camp for Women in April, from 2 to 3 p.m. weekdays. Boot Camp will be held inside and taught by two certified personal trainers. Participants can expect vigorous workouts. This is open to non-members and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Due to the overwhelming response to Zumba, Fast and Fit instructor Pamela Satrapa has added one additional class. Classes are now on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. This is open to non-members and suitable for all ages and fitness levels and Fast and Fit is offering a one-week free trial.

Fast and Fit was founded in 2002 to provide women with a non-intimidating environment in which to exercise. For more information and a tour of the gym, go to http://www.fastandfit.net.
