Faith-based ‘Veterans Helping Veterans’ support group announced

Point Man International Ministries and St. Canice Church announces a Christian faith-based “Veterans Helping Veterans” support group for all Nevada County veterans who have returned from OEF/OIF/Vietnam deployments.

Sessions will be centered on the unique needs of those who have experienced the stresses of combat, and emphasize mutual support, fellowship, and spiritual healing.

The group will meet from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at St. Canice Hall, 236 Reward St., Nevada City. There is no charge.
