Anna Bunt

Memorial services for Anna Laura Bunt of Grass Valley will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 13, at the Nevada City Masonic Lodge, 108 1/2 N. Pine St.

Mrs. Bunt died Monday, Feb. 28, at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital. She was 91.

She was born Jan. 11, 1914, in Kansas City, Mo., to Elisha and Florence (Kettinger) Hampton. She was a past Worthy Matron of Eastern Star where she was active for over 50 years. She enjoyed china painting.



She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Teri O’Ryan of Fernley, Nev.; sisters and brothers-in-law June and Bob Jamerson, and Betty and Harold Finch all of Grass Valley; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Kay Hampton of Fernley, Nev.; sister-in-law, Mable Hampton of Grass Valley. She was preceded in death by her brothers Merle and Ray Hampton; sister-in-law, Hazel Hampton; first husband, Jerome O’Ryan; and second husband, Sylvester Bunt.

Arrangements are under the direction of Hooper and Weaver Mortuary.
