Alice Huse

Alice Mae (Hull) (Hayden) Huse passed away in her sleep on March 22 in her apartment in Brunswick Village, where she had lived for almost two years. Mrs. Huse had had lung disease and heart problems for a number of years. She was 83.

Mrs. Huse was born on Aug. 20, 1923, to Alice Vivian and Arthur Hull in the Nevada City Sanitarium. She grew up in the Grass Valley area and had fond memories of going to local schools, swimming and dancing at Lake Olympia.

Mrs. Huse later moved to the Sacramento area, where she worked for the state of California for more than 23 years.



She is survived by her devoted son and daughter-in-law, Edward and Judy Hayden; grandchildren Pamela and her husband, Jeff, Patrick and his wife, Courtney, Christopher and Scott; and great-grandchildren Alex, Corey, Angela, Todd, Haley, Nathan, Nikita, Colton, Makhaila, McKenna and Keisen. Mrs. Huse was preceded in death by her mother, Alice Vivian; father, Arthur; step-father, Louis Bevilacqua; and precious husband, Robert Huse.

Mrs. Huse’s cremation is being handled by Chapel of the Angels Mortuary. Her ashes will be scattered according to her wishes.




Mrs. Huse will be greatly missed.
