Book Seller hosts Nevada County author Chris Enss

Chris Enss

The Book Seller is happy to have Chris Enss, one of its favorite local authors, in the store signing her latest book “Death Row All Stars: A Story of Baseball, Corruption, and Murder.”

This surprisingly true story is about the death row inmates from Rawlins, Wyo. who believed they would be allowed pardons as long as they kept winning baseball games. Meet the author and grab a signed edition of Death Row All Stars from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18.

Chris Enss is a New York Times Best Selling author, a scriptwriter and comedienne who has written for television and film, and performed on cruise ships and on stage. She has worked with award-winning musicians, writers, directors, producers, and as a screenwriter for Tricor Entertainment, but her passion is for telling the stories of the men and women who shaped the history and mythology of the American West.

The Book Seller is located at 107 Mill St. in Grass Valley. Visit thebookseller.biz or facebook.com/grassvalleybooks or call (530) 272-2131 for more information.
