WHAT: Local artist Ron Kenedi’s exhibit “Well, Red” WHERE: Grass Valley Courtyard Suites, 210 North Auburn Street, Grass Valley WHEN: Through April, with an artist reception Friday, April 12, 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Grass Valley Courtyard Suites, Nevada County’s boutique art hotel is at it again as they bring you another month of fabulous local art.

Join them in April as they showcase the bold and brave works of local artist Ron Kenedi who uses canvas as a means of showing that “color is emotion, truth is beauty.”

Using oil paint on both linen and cotton canvas Ron creates works that are contemplative, sometimes political, and always seek to convey a personal meaning to the viewer. His April show at Courtyard Suites titled “Well, Red” including live music and an interactive art display promises to be a stunning vision and a truly fun time.

Join Kenedi Friday at 5:30 p.m. as he welcomes guests at his reception which is free and open to the public and hosted by The Grass Valley Courtyard Suites at 210 North Auburn Street, Grass Valley. Attendees are encouraged to bring a friend to the event featuring free wine, local red foods, interactive art events, and art-inspired cocktails at a no-host bar. Live music will be provided by Jonathan Meredith.

“Well, Red” can be viewed any time by stopping by Courtyard Suites.
