Not one Alice, not two Alices, but three Alices will share in the delightfully confusing romp through Wonderland this weekend as the Performing Arts Guild opens its latest production. “Alices in Wonderland” opens with a special preview performance at 7 p.m. Thursday (July 17).

Directed by Paulette Rudolph and adapted for stage by Mila Johansen from the Lewis Carroll Classic, the cast of 23 talented young actors will perform the varied parts. This particular production is especially suited for family audiences of all ages. Costumes are by Jeannine Watson.

Shows will be at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 7 p.m. July 25 and again at 2 p.m. July 26 and 27 at the Center for the Arts in Grass Valley. TIcktes are $10 for adults in advance, $12 at the door, or $4 for children in advance and $6 at the door. Advance tickets are available at The Book Seller, BriarPatch Co-op and the Center’s box office, 274-8384, ext. 14.
