Rocking for wildlife

Three Times Through rocks it for Wildlife Rehabilitation & Release from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Matteo’s Public.

The Nevada City restaurant will donate 15 percent of the evening’s proceeds, including dine-in and take-out, to the nonprofit wildlife organization — a local volunteer group that rescues orphaned and injured wildlife. There will be several Wildlife Rehabilitation & Release volunteers on hand to answer any questions you have regarding wildlife and other ways you can help. Matteo’s is located at 300 Commercial St. in Nevada City. To make reservations, call Matteo’s at 530-265-0782. For information, contact Karen at 530-388-8525 or kkosk@hughes.net. Or please visit our website at http://CaWildlife911.com.
