Outdoor clothing and gear swap Saturday at Mountain Recreation

Sierra Nevada Climbing Co-op and Mountain Recreation have teamed up to host a gear swap Saturday to raise money for a new climbing gym.

The gear swap will be held in the parking lot of Mountain Recreation, 491 East Main St., Grass Valley, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is open to the public.

There will be food and raffle prizes given away throughout the day.

A portion of the proceeds from sales will go toward building a climbing gym and home for SNC Co-op in the Grass Valley area.

If you are interested in selling your gently used outdoor clothing and gear at the swap, drop off your items from 9–11 a.m. on the day of the event.
