‘Nothing heals a broken heart’ like Beaucoup Chapeaux at Nevada City Classic Cafe
A few years ago, at the end of a Friday night that Beaucoup Chapeaux had played at the Nevada City Classic Cafe, amidst the cash in their tip basket the band found a note on which someone had written “Nothing heals a broken heart like your music.”
And indeed, something kind of magical does seem to happen whenever Beaucoup Chapeaux plays at the Classic, which goes all out on such Friday nights, creating special dishes from organic ingredients, all locally grown and produced whenever possible.
October specials may include roasted fig salad with goat cheese and arugula, French onion soup, and eggplant parmesan, as well as the regular bistro menu. Gluten and dairy free options are available.
As such, those looking for food and music that can heal broken hearts, they now know where to find it.
