Italian cooking class rescheduled for Saturday

Famed international cooking instructor Guiliano Bugialli is set to teach a class Saturday at Tess’ Kitchen Store.

The class was postponed in May when Bugialli fell ill.

Bugialli is an internationally recognized cooking teacher from Florence, Italy who will be showing “Fine art of Italian Cooking” to those who participate in his class.

In addition to teaching, Bugialli is also an award winning author and a producer of a PBS cooking show as well as the owner of a cooking school located near Florence.

Bugialli’s rescheduled class will be from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

It is sponsored by the Bear River Pasta Company and Nevada County Italian Cultural Foundation.
