Gold Country Kennel Club gives food to pets in need

The community has many homeless and struggling families, some feeding and caring for their pets before themselves.

This week Gold Country Kennel Club will help those in need during tough times. They will donate more than $1,000 worth of dog food, partnering with Incredible Pets and Ridge Feed who will be adding extra food and selling it at cost to the club.

Hospitality House and Interfaith Food Ministries will distribute the 5-pound bags of dog food to the many homeless and needy families for their loyal companions. It is just one of the ways Gold Country Kennel Club gives back to our wonderful community, according to organizers.
