Sierra College’s Nevada County Campus will hold a marketplace, crafts fair and food court from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the campus parking lot no. 6 in Grass Valley.

The festivities, which are free and open to the public, are part of the campus’s 20th anniversary celebration.

”The future is bright as new technologies evolve, offering greater educational accessibility for students — both today and tomorrow,” said Executive Dean Stephanie Ortiz.

The Sierra College Market will present 86 craftsmen and artisans from around Northern California with an expansive variety of art and craft items. Those include handmade bird houses, jewelry, handbags, clothing, woodwork, hand sewn items, candles, soap, blown glass, linens and textiles, yard art and many gifts.

Northstate antique dealers will offer furniture, tableware, old jewelry and other vintage items.

Direct sales representatives will offer women’s makeup, diet plans, self defense items, jewelry, body products, clothing and more.

Parking for the event is free.
