Local dancer and choreographer Catie Cleary debuts her original dance show “Bombshell” at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Off Center Stage, 315 Richardson St., Grass Valley.

“Bombshell” is a full-length story-based dance show including such styles as jazz, hip hop, lyrical and burlesque. Cleary produced and choreographed the production and is one of the stars along with Nick Katzman, Chris Marcum, Maddie Manning, Jacquelyn Twardus and Hillary Klausner.

The story evolves as two couples encounter the battle between good and evil when they meet two girls named Natalie and Diana.

The two girls play games with everyone around them and take enjoyment in doing so. They attempt to steal the boyfriends and soon the battle ensues… Who will the guys choose in the end?

A dance party will follow the show.

At the event, local photographer Kim Sayre will be showcasing her photos, Katy Cakes Gourmet Cupcakes and RAO Arts 23 will be selling Bombshell-themed cupcakes and jewelry.

The show is appropriate for ages 16 and up.

Tickets are $15 and available online at http://bombshell2016.bpt.me or http://thecenterforthearts.org/.

Ticket are also available by contacting Catie at 530-263-7450/catiecleary@gmail.com to reserve tickets.
