Grass Valley’s Wild Eye Pub will play host Sunday to a “Benefit to Resurrect Burgee Dave’s at the Mayo,” with 12 hours of “live music and live mermaids” in efforts to reopen the Camptonville restaurant and bar, which was consumed by fire in July 2017.

Brian Price’s restaurant has been a staple in the small community of Camptonville, but it’s his Ultimate Bloody Mary’s that draw people from all around the world. Price will be on hand, mixing the Ultimate Bloody Mary’s and “Mermosas” from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday, May 12. Brunch is set for 10 a.m.-2 p.m., with a pub menu available 2-9 p.m.

“It’s totally a community showing great support for a struggling restaurant to get back on its feet,” Price said in an email.

Musicians slated to perform include: Chris Crockeet, John Fox & Phil Missimore, Raw Blues, Gary Logan, No Hands Bridge, Cathy Leblanc, Randy Yager, Juliet Gobert & Friends, Cupcake Rodeo, Hard Hattie and the Bad Men, Groove Report, Joe Hammons/Tom Agar, Jhon Renoir & Tracy, Doug Ingoldsby, Visa Eklsyuma and Douglas Kennedy, Kelly Fleming, House Band, Chad Conner Crow, Mr. Trickey, Perfect Stranger, Under Cover, and Beth Moore with the house band.
