Double Oak Vineyards & Winery is hosting a Harvest Open House from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday in celebration of their 30th harvest.

Festivities include fine wine paired with tasty food, arts and crafts — along with the artists and artisans that created them — and live music.

Wine tours will be available with the winemaker Bob Hilsman.

A special Double Oak wine sale will be offered.

Local artists and artisans will be presenting selections of photographs, jewelry creations, mosaic tile creations, hand-woven textiles, handmade soaps and wood-turned creations — possible unique holiday gifts.

Artists and artisans who will be on hand include: Gail Lipson (photography), Martha Jones (mosaics), Jayne Brown (hand woven textiles), Rosemary Stokes (jewelry creations), Debi Savoy (handmade soaps), and Bill Juhl (wood turnings).

Music will be provided by Jonathan Meredith with his acoustic guitar, playing a mix of jazz, pop, blues and classical.

Admission to the Open House is $7. Wine Club members and their guests get in for $5.

Admission includes a logo wine glass.

Double Oak Vineyards & Winery is at 14510 Blind Shady Road, Nevada City. The phone number is 530-292-3235.
