10:21 a.m. – A caller on Moving On Way reported a subject in the parking lot lighting small fires.
10:37 a.m. – A caller in the 100 block of Conaway Avenue reported his girlfriend poured hot coffee down his chest. The caller declined medical attention.
1:12 a.m. – A caller in the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported the parking lot sweeper is keeping his special needs child awake and requested to file a complaint.
1:51 a.m. – A patient at a care center in the 300 block of Dorsey Drive reported no staff to be found after walking around the entire building. Contact was made with staff, who checked on the patient.
5:15 a.m. – A caller at Tinloy Street and Bank Street reported an assault and the theft of potato chips.

10:13 a.m. – A caller on Broad Street reported a truck losing a large load of light bulbs, which littered the street with broken glass.
1:31 p.m. – A caller in the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported someone had broken down the door to their residence and was currently downstairs.
7:03 p.m. – A caller at Broad Street and Cottage Street reported a white man yelling to himself and saying he’s going to cut somebody’s throat.
12:51 a.m. – A caller in the 300 block of Broad Street reported a short Hispanic man followed her and tried to open her car door after she’d entered the vehicle. The caller also said the suspect kept reaching into his pocket, possibly for a knife.
NEVADA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
8:38 a.m. – A caller in the 17000 block of McCourtney Road flipped into a ditch. The accident apparently damaged a colvert, which was not in need of immediate fix, per California Highway Patrol.
10:23 a.m. – A caller in the 16000 block of Mackinaw Way reported a dog attack in which five people suffered severe bites, three of them who were en route to the hospital and one still at the house possibly needing an ambulance.
1:17 p.m. – A caller at Deerhaven Lane and Trailhead Road reported having to run away from two men on quads in the trees up on Round Mountain who held a gun to her head, accusing her of trespassing.
5:46 p.m. – A caller on Glen Meadow Drive requested a welfare check on a subject who owns several houses in Alturas and the caller has been unable to make contact for the past month. Rent checks have not been deposited.
11:20 p.m. – A caller in the 10000 block of Combie Road reported two subjects on the roof of a business trying to start a fire.
