Then Again set for Friday show at Old 5Mile House

Then Again will play in the Stagecoach Lounge of the Old 5Mile House Friday. Featuring Kathy Chastain on percussion, James May on the acoustic guitar and Steve Nicholson on bass, the band plays covers from the ’60s and ’70s, including songs by the Beatles, Joni Mitchell, Simon and Garfunkel, Crosby Stills and Nash, the Eagles, Carole King, Elton John, Creedence Clearwater Revival, the Everly Bothers and many more. Longtime Nevada County residents Kathy Chastain and James May have been singing and playing together since 2005, with Nicholson joining the band in 2009 to add the thrills and chills of three-part vocal harmonizing, along with some deft low-end movement on the bass.
