After qualifying during the fall season, the Gold Country girls gymnastics team headed back to Oroville for the 2012 Level 4 NorCal State Meet. Casey Spoto was impressive on the beam, scoring a 9.05 and earning a tie for third place. On the floor, Spoto scored a 9.325 and finished with an overall 35.775. Amira Afshartabar scored a 9.050 on the floor and an 8.9 on the vault and finished with an all-around score of 35.150.
