Nevada City leaders want to review possible grant or development fee funding before they consider any studies for a downtown parking garage off of Spring Street or anywhere else in the downtown.On Wednesday, council members agreed federal Community Development Block Grant funding or the use of development fees should be considered for feasibility or engineering studies for potential new parking.
