Leash law includes your dog, too

To the individual who allowed his Rottweiler to run off-leash at Lions Lake on Sept. 1 to terrorize my daughter and her dog: Shame on you!

As a dog owner, you have a responsibility to properly train and be in control of your dog at all times. The next time you are at the fairgrounds, respect the rule that all dogs must be on a leash. Your dog is not an exception to the rule.
