12:09 p.m. — A caller on Sutton Way reported neighbors may be videotaping and spitting on her vehicle.

2:32 p.m. — A woman in the police station lobby reported her dogs and fish had been stolen.

6:59 p.m. — A caller on Highway 49 ramp at McKnight Way reported three younger people holding a sign that says “Let’s party” and attempting to hitchhike.

7:52 p.m. — A person at the police station reported finding an ATM card.

7:57 p.m. — A caller on Dorsey Drive reported her boyfriend was attempting to take her car.

8:08 p.m. — A caller on Joersche Drive reported water waste at a home where excessive lawn watering is taking place.

8:56 p.m. — A caller on Manor Drive reported seeing two men in a car appearing to be smoking crack.

9:41 p.m. — A caller on Mill Street reported a male transient in a bar with a 6-week-old puppy that was severely malnourished and dehydrated.

10:51 a.m. — A caller on Central Avenue reported a woman and two men under a barbecue area cover doing drugs.

11:56 a.m. — A caller on Morgan Ranch Drive reported a sprinkler had been watering for over six hours and there was water all over.
