A Nevada City man was arrested after allegedly being caught in the act of snatching a purse by his victim. A woman was outside her place of employment in the Glenbrook Basin on a smoke break at about 5:20 p.m. Wednesday when she saw a man come out the back door carrying her purse under his arm, said Grass Valley Police Sgt.
