Our country is deeply and bitterly divided on the most fundamental questions about the relationship between the people and their government. The debate between the two sides — the left and the right for lack of better terms — has widened and grown hateful and partisan to seemingly unprecedented levels. Now, with the alarming development that nearly all of the national media outlets have become a propaganda machine for the left (both on campaign and in office), the electoral process is being turned into a farcical, empty procedure.
