The Nevada County District Attorney’s Office has filed criminal charges against Susanna Dimmitt and David Rosprim of Grass Valley for practicing psychology without a license. The charges stem from a joint investigation launched by the Medical Board of California Enforcement Program and the California Board of Psychology after a citizen complaint about treatment received by Dimmitt and Rosprim, said Assistant District Attorney Anna Ferguson. “The board received a complaint from person who at some point during their therapy realized the person was not licensed,” said Gina Bayless, the enforcement program coordinator for the state Board of Psychology.
