A Grass Valley man was arrested in Arkansas after police say they found approximately 115 pounds of marijuana in his truck. Robert Brown, 64, was allegedly driving a 2008 Ford F-250 eastbound on Interstate 40 Saturday before being pulled over by an Arkansas State Trooper for a lane violation. According to the Arkansas State Police report, the trooper smelled marijuana and observed that Brown was “extremely nervous.” After gaining probable cause to search the vehicle, the trooper allegedly found two duffel bags in the front seat with vacuum-sealed bags of marijuana, and more bags in the toolbox in the bed …
