The Nevada Union softball team won in dramatic fashion Monday, topping Yuba City 11-10 in extra innings. The Lady Miners’ Shyanne Parrish went 3-for-5 on the day and drove in the game winning run in the bottom of the 10th inning. The win moves NU to 2-0 this season, matching its win total from a season ago. In the win, NU got a big outing from sophomore Sarah Lundmark with a 3-for-3 performance, including a 3-run home run.
