Nevada County will be sending a pair of prep swimmers off to Division I colleges after graduation as Josh Cutter and Lisa Ellis will take their swimming prowess to the next level. Nevada Union’s Ellis will be swimming for the Spartans of San Jose State next season, and Bear River’s Cutter will be making waves at the University of Pacific.
