James Herbert DeNoble

James DeNoble of Rough and Ready passed away Sept. 4, 2013. He was 74.

Mass will be at 1 p.m. Sept. 14 at St. Patrick's Church. A reception to follow at St. Patrick's Hall.

James was born Oct. 16, 1938, in Calumet, Minn., to Herbert Casimir DeNoble and Michelene Elizabeth Toczylowski. He married Bonnie July 25, 2009.

He attended Western University, obtaining an AA in electronics, and later worked as an aerospace engineer. James also was a U.S. Marine and was a member of St. Patrick's Knights of Columbus, NRA.

James enjoyed hunting, fishing, softball and gun-smithing.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Lynn DeNoble; son James "Scott" DeNoble; daughters Christie Pelayo, DeDe Towry and Stephanie Rybak; step-son James Feickert; brother Greg DeNoble; sister Joanne Bishop; 16 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter Jackie; and his first wife, Kathleen.

Contributions can be made to Hospice of the Foothills. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of the Angels Mortuary.
