Students of Ananda community’s Living Wisdom School on the San Juan Ridge recently spruced up Grass Valley’s Minnie Street Park and Condon Park. Bear River High School Key Club members prepared dinner and served the Hospitality House homeless Jan. 31 at the Sierra Presbyterian Church with Jeff Carrow acting as the club’s faculty advisor. The community services and more were arranged by YOUthCANDO, a program of United Way of Nevada County. Nice job!
