County narcotics detectives arrested a Penn Valley man Thursday morning on a variety of drug charges after serving a search warrant on his Indian Springs Road ranch. Members of the Nevada County Sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force went to the 170-acre property in the 17000 block at about 8:30 a.m. because they suspected Anthony Hall Sedgwick, 49, of selling methamphetamine, said Sgt. Guy Selleck. Although there are several residences on the parcel, Sedgwick’s was the only target, Selleck said.
